Information we use

When you request a pilot, buy a package or use the client studio, we may receive your name, contact email, business and brand details, brief, supplied materials, project messages, approvals and delivery links. Account records include a login identifier and protected authentication data. Order records include package, payment status and Whop transaction references. Whop processes checkout and payment information in its own systems; our studio does not store your full payment card number.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to requests, assess project fit, confirm orders, provide account access, produce and deliver work, record approvals, manage billing support, protect the service and meet applicable obligations. Essential service emails relate to your request, account or project. A service request is not treated as blanket consent to promotional marketing.

Services involved

Our website and project database run on WordPress hosted through Hostinger. Fluent Forms captures requests and intake information; FluentCRM stores local contact records. Configured Google Sheets feeds maintain an operations copy of submitted form information. Titan/Hostinger email supports our business mailbox and transactional messages when connected. Whop operates checkout, payment and seller services. Creative production may involve AI, narration, storage and delivery providers needed for the agreed work; ask us about the tools intended for your project before supplying confidential material.

These providers may process data outside your country. Their own privacy terms also apply to the services they operate. We do not sell your contact list. We share information with authorised production staff and providers only as needed to deliver, support, secure or lawfully operate the service.

Your project and file links

Studio records are assigned to a client account; team notes are kept separate from the client view. Preview and delivery links can lead to external storage. Their access permissions are controlled by that storage service. Use restricted sharing for confidential files and avoid publicly accessible links containing sensitive material. We do not ask for passwords, identity documents or card details in creative forms.

Cookies and website measurement

WordPress and connected services use cookies or similar technology for sign-in, security and necessary site functions. The current Content4x theme does not install advertising pixels or optional analytics. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this notice and provide any choices required before it is enabled. Browser extensions and third-party sites have their own behaviour.

Retention and security

We keep project, account and transaction records for the period needed to deliver services, handle support and disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We review information when no longer needed rather than promising indefinite file storage. Copies may remain temporarily in backups or third-party systems subject to their retention processes. We use account access controls and restricted project views; no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

Contact hello@content4x.com to ask what information we hold, request a correction, obtain a copy, close your studio account or request deletion. We may need to verify your authority and retain information required for lawful obligations or an unresolved transaction. We will explain any limit on a request. Tell us if a contact address changes or an account may have been compromised.

Our services are intended for adults and businesses. Please do not submit children’s personal information or sensitive third-party material without contacting us first. We will update this notice when our actual processing changes and identify material changes where appropriate.

Partner programme and referral records

Partner applications include a name, contact email, audience link, promotional channel and optional Whop username. We use them to review applications, provide private partner accounts and administer referrals. Approved referral links carry a public affiliate code and Whop username in the URL. We aggregate daily link opens by partner and service without storing raw visitor IP addresses or user agents in the partner dashboard. We do not set a referral cookie or install a cross-site tracking pixel.

A referred form submission may associate an existing private project with a partner. Partners see their own referral references, package, commission amount and state; they do not see client names, client emails or internal production notes. Payment events can create estimates; the owner reconciles attribution and commission records against Whop, which controls payouts. Partner applications, accounts and reconciliation references follow the retention and access-request process described in this notice.
