Working with Content 4x
These terms cover our creative production services, client studio and optional content operations setup. Your accepted written scope, package description and checkout identify what you are buying. Ask us to resolve a conflict before work begins. A free pilot request is an application for a sample; it does not create a paid order or recurring subscription.
Scope, prices and billing
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and any mandatory checkout fees are disclosed before you pay through Whop. Your order confirmation identifies the package, billing frequency and agreed deliverables. Scope changes, additional videos, extra brands, rush work, new creative directions and work beyond included revisions require an agreed additional quote.
Momentum, Growth Engine and White-Label Partner have a three-month minimum service term as disclosed in their offer. They bill monthly and continue month to month after that term unless cancelled. Tell us at hello@content4x.com before the next renewal and also use the cancellation controls in Whop. Cancelling a renewal does not erase amounts already due for an accepted minimum term; we will explain any remaining obligation before confirming cancellation. We do not rely on a checkout label alone to establish an undisclosed commitment.
Olympus OS is a separately scoped setup service. Its optional Care Plan is a separate monthly service. Buying video production does not automatically include software setup, platform subscriptions, advertising spend, website hosting or ongoing care.
Your brief and production schedule
You provide a complete brief, brand files, accurate claims, approvals and access needed for the agreed scope. Confirm that you have permission to use everything supplied. Production targets start after we receive the complete brief and any required payment. The pilot target is 48 hours; batch targets are generally 5–10 business days, depending on package and the agreed schedule. These are production targets, not guarantees of a fixed launch date. Missing assets, late feedback, scope changes or external platform issues can move the schedule. We will communicate revised targets through your project.
Pilot approval and revisions
We establish the creative direction with a pilot before producing the batch. One consolidated pilot revision round is included. We wait for your explicit approval before batch production. Silence is not approval. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment. After that window, change-of-mind refunds are not available because production uses credits, labour and time. See the Refund Policy for mandatory rights and payment-provider exceptions.
One consolidated revision round is included per batch, except Growth Engine includes two and White-Label Partner includes two per brand. Corrections to our failure to follow the agreed scope do not consume a creative revision round. New scripts, replacement concepts, extra durations, a new brand direction or changes to previously approved source material may require a new quote. Please consolidate feedback through the client studio or the agreed channel.
Delivery and use of the work
We deliver the agreed finished exports, covers, captions and supporting files through the project’s delivery links. Editable project files, proprietary tools, templates and source code are included only if the accepted scope says so. After full payment, you may use the finished deliverables for the commercial purposes agreed in the brief, subject to third-party licence restrictions. You retain ownership of your original materials. We retain our pre-existing methods and tools. We will obtain your permission before using identifiable client work as a public case study.
Keep your own copy of delivered files. Shared review and delivery links are not a permanent archival service. Tell us promptly if a delivery link is inaccessible so we can arrange handover.
AI, voices and third-party media
Our workflow can include AI-assisted visuals, animation, narration and drafting, with human review. See our AI Disclosure. A voice clone requires written permission from the person whose voice is used and confirmation of the intended use. Platform music, footage, fonts, likenesses and brand assets must have suitable rights for their intended placement. Platform-licensed music may be restricted to that platform. We cannot transfer rights a third party does not grant.
Accounts, confidentiality and acceptable use
Use your own studio login and protect its credentials. Only authorised production staff should access the team area. Clients can access only their assigned projects. Do not send passwords, identity documents or payment card details in creative briefs. We use client material to perform the agreed services and share it with necessary production providers. Tell us before supplying unusually sensitive or regulated material so we can agree appropriate handling.
We may decline unlawful, deceptive, infringing or non-consensual work. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business claims, offers and required disclosures. Educational or promotional content is not a guarantee of sales, views, profit, health results or investment performance. Content 4x is a creative service, not your financial, medical or legal adviser.
Problems, cancellation and updates
Contact hello@content4x.com with your order reference so we can investigate and propose a practical remedy. We will explain the effect of a requested pause or cancellation on work already performed and future billing. Our Refund Policy forms part of the service offer. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. A material change to an existing accepted scope requires agreement; publishing new terms does not retroactively change a completed order.
