How setup works

2. We install and connect.
3. You receive a walkthrough and handover pack.
4. We include 30 days of bug fixes.

What you get

• Installation on the client's own server (VPS such as DigitalOcean/Hetzner/AWS, typically $5–20/month paid by the client) using Docker.
• Content Library: every delivered video, caption, cover, status and posting date in one dashboard.
• Scheduler & auto-posting through official platform APIs (Instagram Graph API, TikTok Content Posting API, YouTube Data API) once the client's developer apps are approved.
• Approval queue: approve, reject or reschedule from the phone before anything goes live.
• AI caption assistant: platform-specific caption rewrites with the client's keyword and hashtag rules.
• Weekly digest: views, saves, comments, follows; top-performing hooks.
• Reminder mode fallback: while API approvals are pending, the system notifies and the client posts with one tap.
• Handover pack: written guide, 45-minute recorded walkthrough, 30 days of bug fixes.

Care Plan ($97/month, optional): updates, uptime monitoring, API-change fixes, backups check, priority support.

1.1 Brand Engine setup

• Your logo, colours (hex), fonts, handle, website and call-to-action style loaded into our motion engine once.
• A branded end card (logo + tagline + CTA) and on-screen chrome (header/footer style matched to your brand).
• A voice selection (for voiced packages): 3 narrator samples reading your own script; you pick one.
• Saved for future orders, so re-orders start faster and look identical.

1.2 Pilot-first guarantee

• We build one finished pilot video first (within 48 hours of a complete brief).
• You approve the look, voice and pacing — or give one round of notes — before the batch is made.
• If you don't like the pilot and we can't fix it in one round, you get a full refund. No batch is produced without your approval.

1.3 Story-first production

• Every video has a hook in the first second, one idea, a visual payoff and one call to action.
• Original motion design: characters, scenes, diagrams, charts and kinetic typography built for your topic — no stock avatars, no generic templates.
• Sound design on voiced and cinematic packages (impacts, risers, ambience), mixed so effects automatically duck under the voice.
• Burned-in subtitles timed to the voice, so the video works for people watching with the sound off. (On the website, don't quote a "% watch muted" statistic unless you add a source.)

1.4 Distribution-ready delivery (per video)

Plus per batch: a posting order (which video to post first and why), a Loom walkthrough of the delivery, and a shared folder.

1.5 Quality control on every video

Our 8-point QA checklist (framing, subtitle sync, voice/end-card timing, brand accuracy, claims and disclaimers, loudness, file specs, duration) is run on every video before delivery.

1.6 Support and rights

• One revision round per batch, returned within 48 hours.
• You own the delivered videos and can use them on any channel, forever.
• Voiceovers generated on our paid, commercially licensed voice plan.
• Music space left on purpose so you can add platform-licensed trending audio when posting.
